KONTYX processes account, company, usage, conversation, and connected-application data to operate KONTYX Intelligence. Platform operators do not have normal access to private customer business content, conversation transcripts, or connected-app records.
Categories of data
- Account data: name, email, company membership, authentication records.
- Workspace data: conversations, agents, approvals, and activity needed to run the product.
- Connected-application configuration and health metadata for your company.
- Usage totals used for entitlements and operations.
KONTYX does not sell personal data. Tenant data remains isolated per company.
